We look at the condition of the existing paint, access, the number of colours and how much trim there is, then put a fixed price in writing with preparation, coats, repairs and access itemised. Yes. These premises need low-VOC products, work scheduled outside operating hours and a tidy, fully protected site. We use zero and low-VOC systems, work evenings and weekends where needed and leave rooms ready to use the next morning.
Yes. We assess the building, write a fixed scope and stage it across years if the committee prefers: common areas first, facade later, car park last, for example. The standard stays consistent across stages and the strata manager receives a program to share with owners.
A full interior of a 3 or 4 bedroom home usually takes 5 to 8 working days. A full exterior takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on size, access and how much timber needs preparation. You get a start date and a finish date in writing, and the same crew stays on the job from the first day to the last.
A colour consultation valued at $275 is included free with every quote. We look at the orientation of each wall, the roof and brick colours you are keeping, the street and the light under your trees, then test sample boards on the house rather than choosing from a chip.
