What happens on the day
A colour chosen under shop lighting is a guess. Ours is chosen where it will live. This is how the visit runs, whether it is one feature wall or a whole exterior.
Floors, benchtops, tiles, brick, roof and the fixed elements that are staying. The scheme has to work with them, not fight them.
South-facing rooms push whites grey; north-facing rooms warm them up. We check each room's light before shortlisting, then talk about how you want the space to feel.
Shortlisted colours are brushed out on the actual wall, not a card, and checked in morning and afternoon light. Screens and chips lie; brushed samples do not.
You leave with specific manufacturer colours and sheens for walls, ceilings, trims and doors, written onto your quote so nothing is left to memory.
